Thats the quote that printed on the shirt for SBP10 '07. That is in fact true, but for me, rugby i more likely a Life to me. Its not like i cant live without it, but it resembles a life so much in my point of view. You have to control the game wisely. When u got the ball, u hold it so tight nobody can steal it from you and go for the try line. When you down, you need your teammates to support you from behind. Never try to run alone and you need to go forward, not backward. When there is an obstacle, try your best to dive through it, not backing up unless you dont see any opening. When you made a try, remember, there always someone assisted you, thank them.

Your life controlled by nobody but you. No one can change it without your willing. Controlling your life is the most important thing you had to do. How you control it defines who you are. when you have the opportunity, never leaves it behind, grab it and do your best to accomplish all the task given. 'Hidup ni macam roda', sometimes you are up, and sometime down. Try get helps from the others to help you navigate you out from the darkness off life. There are reasons why the word friendship is created. One of them is to have your back. But dont forget to get their back when they need it. Looking forward is the right way, not backward. When there are obstacles in your daily life, dont try to stop it, but face it and try to solve it using whatever ways popped up in your mind.
